Ezulwini, Eswatini – In continued adherence to the spirit of social dialogue and letter of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between the two bodies, Business Eswatini (BE) and the Trade Union Congress of Swaziland (TUCOSWA) are convening the Bi-partite Forum 4.0.
This two-day high-level engagement serves as a critical continuation of the constructive dialogue between Business and Labor in Eswatini
The fourth iteration of the Bi-partite Forum is strategically designed to ensure accountability and progress on joint commitments, most of which were taken in previous forums.
All parties are looking forward to engaging in a detailed discussion to reflect upon resolutions taken during previous Bi-partite meetings.
To this end, they will systematically review the progress made in implementing those past resolutions and mapping the path forward for any outstanding items.
Furthermore, the two parties will also be sharing critical notes and insights on current issues and developments, and emerging challenges and opportunities within the national industrial and economic landscape.
The commitment to this regular, high-level dialogue underscores the dedication of both TUCOSWA, BE and the larger labor movement to fostering a stable, productive, and collaborative industrial relations environment within Eswatini.
