Business Eswatini (BE) is seeking a qualified consultant(s) to undertake a technical assignment on the Employer Impact, Regulatory Options and Implementation Framework for the Employment Bill No. 12 of 2024.

The assignment covers an employer-impact assessment of the Bill, regulatory options for triangular employment and third-party labour arrangements, and a practical implementation manual for BE’s October 2026 Annual Labour Law Conference.

Duration: Up to 30 working days | Timeline: September – 19th  October 2026

Interested consultant (s) should submit a Technical and Financial Proposal in line with the attached Terms of Reference by  12h 00, Monday 28th September 2026.
