Further to the Notice of the Business Eswatini Annual General Meeting scheduled for Friday, 2 October 2026 at 10:00am at Royal Villas, Ezulwini, please find attached the documents for consideration at the meeting.

The documents are circulated in advance to enable members to review the matters to be considered and, where applicable, provide their comments ahead of the AGM:

1. Minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting – for confirmation and adoption.

3. Annual Financial Statements – for consideration and adoption; and
4. Proposal for the Appointment/Engagement of SNG Grant Thornton as the Auditors of Business Eswatini – for consideration and approval.

Members are kindly requested to review the attached documents ahead of the meeting and to ensure that their duly authorised representatives are in attendance.

As previously advised, the principal business of the AGM will include consideration of the Annual Report and Annual Financial Statements, as well as the appointment of the auditors.
