NOTICE ON THE MANDATORY REGISTRATION OF DATA CONTROLLERS/PROCESSORS IN TERMS OF SECTION 5 OF THE DATA PROTECTION

The Eswatini Data Protection Authority (ESCCOM) hereby has sent a reminder about the impending registration deadline of 30 September 2024. Please be advised that any entity that will process personal data/information without having been registered with the EDPA post the registration deadline, shall be guilty of an offence and liable under the Data Protection Act, 2022.

2025 COMMONWEALTH MASTERS SCHOLARSHIPS TENABLE IN THE UNITED KINGDOM The Commonwealth Scholarship Commission (CSC) has extended an invitation to the Kingdom of Eswatini trough the Minsitry of Public Service to nominate officers for the above-mentioned scholarship.
