Pursuant to our discussions with the Ministry of Home Affairs, BE has it on good authority that Monday, 10th March 2025 is an official holiday aptly named Lutsango Holiday.  Kindly note that the gazette to this effect is being drafted and will be circulated as soon as it is published. Please note once again, that once gazetted the Lutsango Holiday will apply to all industries, meaning every sector is required to observe it. Members are reminded to make the necessary arrangements regarding public holiday pay and operational planning to ensure compliance. Please see attached legal notice.
